What should I do with a refund?

If you have received the projector within the past 30 days and have used it for less than four hours, you will not be charged for restocking. With four to ten hour bulbs, you'll get a refund of your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. With evidence of excessive wear, you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. If the lamp has been used for more than ten hours, you may not return the projector for credit or exchange. All included accessories and promotional goodies (if applicable) must be returned with the projector or your return may be rejected.

Is there a charge for returns?

For all other items, shipping, delivery and returns and associated insurance costs will not be refunded or credited. All returned items meet the criteria described in the "Conditions for Returned Items" section below. Thirty days after receipt of any product, they will not accept any returns, and no refunds will be given. All non-projector purchases returned within thirty days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How does the gift card promotion work?

If your order includes an electronic/virtual gift card as part of a Manufacturer or Projector People promotion, your gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the order within eight weeks of the order's invoice date, unless the product associated order is returned for a refund or exchange for a non-qualified replacement item. Free Expedited (3-Day) Shipping on all projectors over $699. Projector People offers free ground shipping for all other projectors, screens, stands, cables, wireless adapters and most other items on the site. Presentation projector not included.
