What is the shipping policy?

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If at any time you would like an update on your order, you can visit their website to have a check! 

• All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item. The shipping date is a processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.

• You will enjoy free Shipping on orders of $169+. They ship to Continental US only (Does not include P.O. Box addresses). For International Shipping, They ship to over 150 countries! Any orders of $500 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery.

What is the return policy?

• Request a Return Authorization within 5 days of receipt. Ship your package back within 3 days of receiving Return Authorization. If for any reason you receive an item that is less than perfect, you must let them know within 48 hours of receipt of the package. 

• All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items returned without tags, appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, have an odor.

• Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Special orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are charged a $13.95 handling fee or restocking fee per item.

What is the international policy?

All international customers are responsible for paying any and all fees when shipping back an item (duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.). They do not offer exchanges for international customers.
