What is shipping policy?
Their order processing time is 1-2 business days for all in-stock merchandise. For orders with customization, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for rings to be engraved. Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain Holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to their warehouse for fulfillment, engraved (if applicable), safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
What is return policy?
Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as "delivered", while exchanges can be requested up to 60 days from this date. If 30 or 60 days have passed since your order's delivery date, they cannot offer a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable.
