How long does shipping take?  

• Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

• For orders in the United States, your order is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 4 to 8 business days following fulfillment. 

• In rare circumstances, the package may take up to 14 business days.

• Expedited shipping times do not include processing periods. Expedited shipments are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 2-3 business days. 

• For orders outside the United States, orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 6 to 14 business days following fulfillment.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

• Since they are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are processed soon after placement. 

• Because of these quick processed times, orders cannot be canceled, changed or adjusted once placed.  

Do I pay for the cost of shipping for my return? 

• For domestic orders, a prepaid label will be provided for return shipments.

• For international and non-domestic orders, including orders from Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the United States Virgin Islands, shipping costs must be covered by the customer as they cannot generate a prepaid label. 

• Please keep record of your tracking number as they cannot issue a refund for items that they do not receive.

How long does the returns process take? 

• For domestic return requests, pre-paid labels are sent automatically.

• All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of being received by their return teams.
