How soon can I receive my goods?

Most items ship within 1-3 business days, depending on availability and warehouse location. They can't ship to PO boxes or outside of the 48 U.S. states. An alternate shipping address must be provided or your order will be cancelled. Orders that were originally shipped but rejected will be charged a re-shipment fee and additional shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Most orders are processed very quickly. Once placed, the order generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Once the checkout process is complete, their warehouse will be notified to complete your order. Please review their return policy for placed and shipped orders. Undamaged orders that are rejected for delivery will have shipping deducted from any refunds. For rejected shipping orders, you will be charged for shipping to your location, any storage fees from the carrier, and return shipping.

I ordered the wrong product, can I return it?

Returns due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong item, cancelling or refusing to ship); items must be returned in a resaleable condition at the customer's expense. All returns due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to outbound shipping.

How should I return it?

You must obtain a return authorization from customer service. All RA requests must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please provide a phone number to contact you as additional information may be required. They will notify you of the correct address to return the product to. Returning products to the wrong address may delay or disqualify you from receiving a refund. Returned products must be in the original box. Do not write the RA number on the original packaging. Any additional marks will disqualify you for credit.
