How long does it take to process my order?

• Once they receive your eyeglasses in the mail, you will receive a notification via e-mail.  

• It should take about 2-5 days to make your new prescription eyeglass lenses. (Note: Adding a mirror finish or coatings such as anti-glare may increase the turn-around time by up to a week or more. 

• If your prescription is very large, this could also increase the turn-around time. Please inquire about your specific order if you have time-constraints.)

What is the return policy?

• Replacement Lens Express promises to make your new lenses exactly as your eye doctor has prescribed. Their opticians are experts in filling eyeglass prescriptions and use only the highest quality lens materials. 

• Eyeglass lenses are custom made specifically for you and your frames and therefore cannot be returned for a refund. 

• Lenses can be returned for reworking if they are defective or if RLE makes an errors within 15 business days. 

• Lenses with material defects such as irregular chipping, cracking or peeling can be returned for reworking or substitution within six months of the original purchase. There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all re-work requests. 

How does the shipment work?

• Be sure to include a copy of your Orders invoice which has your specific order ID on it. Along with A copy of your doctor's written prescription  to ensure timely processing and return shipment.  

• Package your frames carefully, using bubble wrap, packaging peanuts or anything that will ensure the safe delivery of your frames to their optical lab.

• You should receive your new eyeglass lenses within about a week from the time that we receive them, although turn-around times are often shorter. 

• Some turn-around times may take longer, depending on the availability of certain lenses, your prescription, and optional coatings such as some anti-glare coatings.
