What to do if I received a damaged order?
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact them as soon as you receive it.
If the packing is obviously damaged, please do not sign for it. They are not responsible for any damage caused by the courier after the package was signed for.
If you have no chance to check the shipment. You must notify them by email of any such issues within 7 business days.
If you instruct the courier to leave your package at your door or other unsafe place, they cannot claim for loss or damage to your package.
Therefore, they strongly recommend that you ask the courier to deliver your parcel to a trusted neighbor or to pick it up from a local express station.
What is the sandard delivery policy?
Bikes are delivered 95% built, with only pedals to be fitted and handlebars to be adjusted.
Pre-delivery inspection on every bike, ensuring gears and brakes are set up, and tyres pumped up.
Sent via a 24 hour courier service.
Bikes are sent in a best in sector full-sized bike cargo box with wheel braces
All bikes are wrapped in 100% recyclable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
What are the exceptions for returns?
They are unable to accept returns where the goods or packaging has been used, lost, damaged or is otherwise not in the condition you received it in. Bikes must be returned in a securely-packaged bike box.
They cannot accept returns on food, energy products, videos, DVD's, face masks, personalised goods, software, gift vouchers, safety equipment or under garments.
They are unable to offer a refund without proof of purchase.
Do I need to pay for return shipping fees?
They will only refund return postage costs on damaged/ faulty goods and not if you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.
If you would like them to arrange collection via courier then they can do so. Postage labels are also available. They can only refund up to £10 for private postage of faulty or damaged items.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
