• The majority of returns are refunded to the original payment. For sale items (25% off or more), refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS gift card. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

What is Sale Dress Return Process?

• Use thier Return Portal by clicking the "Start Return" button below.

• Enter your email address and order number to get start.

• Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

• Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

• Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

• NOTE: 1. If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like; 2. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

• The shipping label they provide only works if you are shipping within the US. A fee of $6.99 (plus $3 more per piece) will be charged for the pre-paid shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund (unless you received the incorrect or defective product).

What is Sale Dress Shipping Policy?

• Sale Dress provides 3 types of shipping methods below: Amazon fulfillment (3-5 days). Standard Shipping (7-14 days). Express Shipping (5-10 days).

• If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Service within 90 days after your order was placed.

• The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product. 

• Please allow them 1-3 business days to process your order.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $29 (U.S ONLY).

Do I have to pay for shipping?
