What is their shipping policy?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Packages are delivered without a signature. Please make proper arrangements to receive your package. They cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time. They ship to most destinations worldwide! For orders shipped within the United States (excluding all U.S. territories), the order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
What is their return policy?
Returns or replacements must be made within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date. After receiving the return label from their customer service team, you will have 15 days to send the shoes back. Items purchased as part of the 24-hour promotion can only be redeemed for the size of the selected style. The selected style must already be included in the original promotion. The freight is not refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or any other liability of Schutz. Refunds will be processed 7 to 15 days after the product is returned to their warehouse
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
To return a defective or incorrect item received, please submit a return request with a clear image and description of the incorrect or defective item. The image should include a view of the damage (if applicable), the overall shoe, the sole and the label located on the side of the SCHUTZ shoe box.
