Does they ship internationally?
- Shapeways is proud to ship your order almost anywhere in the world!
- However, to protect you against fraud, they require that your order’s final destination matches the country associated with your billing address.
- Due to service limitations by their carriers as a result of internal policies or international trade embargoes and economic sanctions, they are unable to ship to some countries.

Can I change/cancel my order?

- Once your order has been accepted by Shapeways, they can no longer make any changes to it. This includes (and is not limited to) cancellations, changes of the quantity, material, finish, and upgrade/downgrade of the manufacturing or shipping service.
- Due to the personalized nature of their Services (i.e. the 3D Print is manufactured by them based on the shop-owners/designers/your specifications and they print it for you on demand), you cannot change or cancel your order once it is placed.
- Additionally, they do not have or keep any stock in their manufacturing facilities. Because of this, all sales are final.
