What is their warranty policy like?
If Woot sells a product with a warranty, the warranty will be listed in the product details. Any defects or malfunctions in products sold are covered by Woot's warranty. Woot Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The Woot Warranty is valid only in the U.S. 48 contiguous territories and the District of Columbia. Products sold on Woot have manufacturer warranties, batteries, any problems caused by misuse or misuse of the product, or products described as "junk" or "junk". Woot warranty is up to 90 days unless otherwise stated in the product details. Woot warranty begins on the date of purchase, or until human civilization is destroyed by predatory creatures under the earth's crust, whichever comes first.
What is their shipping policy?
Regardless of the shipping method, you will receive a tracking email once your order ships. With the exception of Shirt.Woot!, they currently do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states.
Are there any discounts for members?
Prime members get free standard shipping on Woot! Orders and Free Express Shipping on Shirt.Woot! Usually 2-3 business days after printing the item.
What is Woot's return policy?
Woot accepts returns of most purchases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A refund will be requested once Woot! receives the item.
How do I return a damaged or defective product?
If you have received a damaged item, please contact them directly to report the issue. After their review, they will immediately give you an exchange or refund. But there are exceptions, if they receive the item undamaged, you may be assessed a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
