How do I position my scarf to make it look right?

• There are a couple of options to allow the contents to be concealed. 

• When doubled around the neck, make sure zipper closes up and zipper head is positioned about under your ear. Use the loose fabric ring as a cradle tucked under and around the outside of the pocket with contents.

•  When wearing long with heavier items, tie a knot in the end. Looks super stylish and helps keep contents from shifting.

What if my product arrived damaged?

• Returned damaged or defective products are inspected and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. 

• Their liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product.

• They will replace your SHOLDIT® product with the same style, if available, or with your approval, substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available.
