What is their shipping policy?

• Diesel provides flat rate shipping for all orders in the United States, including U.S. territory, apo and FPO addresses. The transportation cost is based on the selected transportation method. If you choose to upgrade the delivery method to the next day or overnight, you must receive your order and clear the credit authorization before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time, otherwise your order may not be processed until the next working day.

• *Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate boxes without additional shipping. After shipment, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information for each box. Please note that sometimes, such as during holidays, the processing time may be slightly delayed.

How to track my order status?

• You can use the tracking number provided by UPS or USPS to track the delivery of orders. After the order leaves their DC, the tracking number will be displayed on the delivery confirmation email you receive.

• You can check the delivery status of the order in the "check order" section of the "your account" page. Please note that tracking the package may take 24 hours.

• Undelivered packages will be returned to their DCS and the order amount will be refunded according to the original payment method.

What is their return policy?
