How do returns and refunds work?
Customers have 30 days to return items ordered on shoppopsonic.com. Items must be unopened and unused for a full refund. Used items cannot be returned. Pop Sonic is not responsible for return shipping. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. As part of the agreement to accept any replacement product, the customer undertakes to return any defective product within thirty days. If the defective item is not returned within the 30-day period, Pop Sonic will charge the customer's credit card for any replacement products other than the original order.
