What's the UK delivery?

• All deliveries are handled by the RM service that they track and sign off on, please make sure someone is home to sign for you - if no one is home they will make sure to leave a card so you can arrange to redistribute or pick up your order from your local warehouse. • Not quite the right project? Inside each order, you'll find a simple return form attached to make the process hassle free. Ensure that you return your order within 7 days of receiving a full refund. Please send an email to [email protected]. 

• Any return must comply with the following terms: No signs of washing/wear/odor. There's no hair or trace. Must be returned in original packaging. Labels must not be damaged or removed. Any swimming item must have a hygiene sticker. They reserve the right to return your items to you if they do not meet the above requirements. In this case, an item is defective and they will be able to cover the returned shipping costs, but please note that they are unable to cover any shipping costs at the time the original order was placed.
