How do I return?

• Footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs that the product has been worn. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate box and mailbag to return your items back to them. Kindly note that the orignal shipping charge is non-refundable.

• All items are returned at the customers' own expense therefore £2.50 will be deducted from your refund if you decide to use their returns portal below. Please note that if the items get damaged during transit due to improper packaging you might be responsible for any additional costs.

• Customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed in case the item get lost in transit on the way back to SIMMI. 

• Repack your items. Login to their return's portal below with your order number and email.

• Select a return option. Take your parcel to your selected drop off point and make sure you keep your proof off postage. You will receive an email once they have received your return.

I have received a wrong or faulty item, what should I do?

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide images of the product you have received within 7 days of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry. If you fail to notify them within 7 days of receiving your order, they cannot guarantee a full refund for you order.

When will I receive my refund?

If you are sending an item back to them, please make sure you obtain your proof of delivery. Once they have received your item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Once they have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email..

How do I change my order?

• Before you place an order, please check that you have entered the correct address and product information before you check out. Once your order has been received and you have your confirmation email they cannot guarantee that your order can be changed. If you would like to make amendments to your order, please email them on [email protected] and their team will try their best to help you amend your order. 

• If your order has already been processed, you will be unable to make any changes to your order. Where is my order?

If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. please log into your account to check your tracking information. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday you order might experience slight delays, dependant on the postal services. If you are an international customer, please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery.
