What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, they cannot make any changes to that order. However, you can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need. To request a cancellation, please contact [email protected] immediately and be sure to include your order number with your request. They'll try to catch it before it goes out! Once the order is shipped, they cannot cancel it.
What is their return policy?
They will then send you a UPS shipping label. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the mailing label to be eligible for a refund. Free shipping for one-time returns within the continental U.S. Please only send returns using their prepaid return label so they can track your shipment. They cannot return lost returns sent using methods other than the return label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Gift boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable. Store-bought items must be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase in a new (unwashed, unworn) condition with the original label attached.
What is their shipping policy?
UPS has suspended the service guarantee for ground delivery until further notice. Please consider providing a 1-day buffer for 2-day and next-day air shipments. They offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental US. Shipping is non-refundable for orders under $150 and any expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping is only available in the continental US. They ship most ground orders within 2 business days of purchase from their Pennsylvania warehouse.
Do they support international returns?
If you are returning a product from outside the US, please contact them and provide your order number and the item you are returning for a return authorization. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. International returns will incur a $30 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. This service does not include airport pickup. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
