• The Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.sophieandtrey.com.

• For all the other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and must be accompanied by a completed return form. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. Do not use the box as a shipping box. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

• Original shipping is non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 10-14 businessdays of receiving your return. They'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

What is shipping policy?

Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (2-15 business days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Next Day Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.

How do I return my purchase?

To return your item(s) just fill out the back of your invoice and mail your items back to them! They will process returns within 48 hours of receiving your items. If you would like to use their USPS Return Label, a $7 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or you can choose to receive store credit & your return shipping is free.

How to earn points?

Points can be earned on any purchase online at www.sophieandtrey.com. For each $1 spent on merchandise items purchased while enrolled in the program, the Member will earn 1 point. Points cannot be earned on non-merchandise items, such as shipping gift wrap, and gift cards. Points are earned on the net purchase amount after applying all discounts, offers, coupons, and rewards redemptions. Members must be signed into their Sophie & Trey account at the time of purchase to receive points. Points earned for returned merchandise will be deducted from the Member's account. Points cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated.
