What is Staple Pigeon Return Policy? 

• Orders placed from 11/1/2021 thru 12/31/2021, customers have until 1/31/2022 to return unwor and unwashed items purchased for a refund back to the original payment method or an exchange.

• FINAL SALE- Sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items purchased on sale.

• MYSTERY BOX- Mystery boxes are sold as is and are Final Sale. Orders cannot be returned or exchange.

• FACEMASKS: All facemask sales are final due to COVID-19 as precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our employees and all others that may come in contact.

• Staple Pigeon's policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately Staple Pigeon can't offer you a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an RA number. You will be asked to supply the following information: Order number; Full name; Phone number; Email address; Mailing address; Reason for the return.

What is Staple Pigeon Shipping Policy?

• They are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $100* and Flat-Rate UPS Ground shipping on all other orders (valid in the United States only and Excluding collabs). If you choose UPS 2 day shipping or UPS Standard Overnight shipping, regular charges will apply.

• Order Shipment: If your order was placed before 12:00pm EST Monday thru Friday it may be shipped the same day or the next day. If your order was placed after 12:00pm on Friday, the order will ship the following Monday. 

• Staple Pigeon does not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. (They use this additional time to ensure the security of your credit card information.)

When will my order be shipped?

They do thier best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. There will be exceptions, but in general Staple Pigeon will ship all orders within two business days.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from Staple Pigeon acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that they have accepted your order. Only after your credit card has been approved and the delivery address has been verified will your order be accepted and shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from Staple Pigeon confirming shipment of your order.
