What are the shipping and handling times?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ET will ship the same day. Any orders that include "build-to-order" products will require 1-3 days to process. Orders containing perishables are only shipped Monday-Thursday, unless you select the Saturday shipping option at checkout, then the order will be shipped Friday. During the November and December holidays, the 2:00 pm same-day shipping cut-off time may change. Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors. Does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Currently, they cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What is their return policy?
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and for the safety and well-being of their employees, they are currently not accepting any product returns. All sales are final. Once the coronavirus outbreak subsides, they will revert to their normal return policy. They will happily arrange a return if the product is still in its original packaging - they do not accept returns for opened or partially consumed items. To ensure that you are satisfied with the product you received, please check the contents as soon as you receive it. Please store items properly and call them within 24 hours of receipt. They can arrange a return or exchange for you, or you can only reship the order to them via FedEx or UPS after you speak with one of our customer service representatives.
Do I need to pay for returns?
After receiving the item at their store, they will inspect the item. Items need to be in perfect resale condition for them to issue a letter of credit when they are returned. Unless you have selected an exchange, the cost of the item will be charged to your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $5 or 20%, whichever is greater.
