When will they process my order?
Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

What is the Free Lift gate Service?
Don't be fooled by some companies offering "Free Shipping", they just add shipping charge in their product prices, and you will end up paying more.
On top of that, their so called "Free Shipping" might not include lift gate services and residential delivery.
Superior Powersports offer Free lift gate service for all orders (except 50cc-125cc dirt bikes and Electric ATVS ), residential delivery and delivery notification for your order, other companies may charge you additional $75 on top of their shipping cost.
What should be noticed during free delivery period?
As a courtesy service for you when delivering your new vehicle, their trucking companies will contact you and schedule an appointment with you to drop off your vehicle at your convenient time.
This makes it easier for you to ensure that you receive your vehicle promptly and on time.
How do I ship back my return?
To return your product, you must ship your product to: 2201 Luna Rd Carrollton, TX 75006 US.
The item must be shipped upright and in a way to prevent any damages from occurring during transportation to them.
A valid R.M.A. number must be on the outside of the packaging along with your shipping labels. Contact a customer service agent for assistance with packaging instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
