Which condition does Teva warranty not cover?

• Items returned for an evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks. If a warranty return is accepted, exchanges will be shipped via standard Ground at no cost to the customer. Items not covered under this warranty:

• Products over 1 year old from date of purchase.

• General wear and tear.

• Excessive wear or misuse or abuse.

• Alteration.

What does the shipping cost at Teva?

• Their freight depends on the way and place of service. In order to ensure that you receive as few goods as possible, they will try their best to send all goods to you immediately. 

• If they need to send you more than one batch of goods, they will charge you only once, which is applicable to the total value of your order. Although they don't need the signature of most shipments, they suggest you find someone to accept the package.

Can I get free shipping at Teva?

• Their warehouse is located in the United States and ships from Monday to Friday. Although they make every effort to process orders on the day of placing orders, only orders ordered before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and shipped on the next business day can be guaranteed to be shipped on the same day, which depends on order verification and credit approval.

• Free shipping for orders with full price above $35, free return and replacement freight: limited time discount. For orders with a full price of more than $35, ground transportation can be carried out free of charge in the mainland of the United States. Not available in Alaska and Hawaii. From April 2, 2014 to December 29, 2014, any customer who purchases Teva products through their mail order, call center or website within 30 days after the date of the original invoice can return and exchange the products free of charge. 

How long can I get my refunds?

• Generally, according to the bank policy, the refund may take about 3-5 working days to be reflected in your account.

Once your tax return arrives at the warehouse, please leave 10 working days for processing. If your return is still not processed within 10 working days after receiving it.

• If you use afterpay on the order, any partial refund amount will be applied to the total purchase amount of the order from the last period. If the order is refunded in full, all instalments paid so far will be refunded and future instalments will be cancelled. (if you return the item after 60 days, afterpay will credit your afterpay account.)
