Do they accept reservations?

Yes, through Yelp, they accept limited reservations for groups of 6 or less. They do not accept bookings for large parties, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Parties are seated in order of arrival based on party size. Also, during some other off-peak hours, they are happy to host large parties for you, so call your local restaurant and speak to the manager. They are happy to answer any questions and guide you to the best time to eat!

Can they accommodate large parties?

Yes, most of their restaurants have open floor plans and can accommodate some large parties (seven or more) for dining at quieter times such as breakfast right after they open (11am or 11:00am) 30) or weekday afternoons (3pm-5pm)). Parties are seated in order of arrival based on party size. They do not accept bookings for large parties during busy times such as evenings, weekends, holidays or special event seasons such as proms or graduations. However, during some other off-peak hours, they are happy to host large parties for you, so call your local restaurant and speak to the manager.

Do gift/compensation cards expire?

Gift cards (physical or electronic) cannot be used to pay for delivery or pickup orders facilitated by third parties. Gift cards can only be used to pay in restaurants, over the phone or online. Gift cards do not expire. Compensation cards may expire. Check the terms printed on your Comp Card as any expiration dates will be printed on the front of your Comp Card. "Gift Cards" means The Cheesecake Factory branded plastic and/or electronic gift cards. "Electronic Gift Card" means The Cheesecake Factory branded digital/electronic gift card.
