What is the transportation policy?
They provide flowers, plants and specialty gifts throughout the United States and Canada. They can also provide flowers to more than 150 countries/regions around the world. There will be an additional $14.99 shipping charge per order. Unable to ship to p.O. box. In most parts of the United States and Canada, orders placed no later than 2 p.m. in the recipient's time zone can usually be delivered on the same day (earlier times may apply to some regions and holidays). In most locations, Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 11 a.m., in the recipient's time zone. Due to the limited number of florists open on Sunday, they cannot guarantee Sunday delivery, and if Sunday is not available, Saturday or Monday will be required as delivery options. If the customer reports that the order is not delivered, they will contact the florist within a reasonable time to determine the whereabouts of the arrangement. If the recipient is not at home during the delivery, they reserve the right to try to redeliver, or there is no neighbor available to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient. If it is determined that the bottling florist has not attempted delivery, they will be happy to offer you a refund.
What if the address is incorrect?
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender can leave the gift in a safe place to retrieve when the recipient returns or attempts to deliver it the next day. For business delivery, if the business is closed or does not accept delivery, the delivery will be attempted on the next business day. During the holidays, deliveries can be as late as 5 p.m.
Can they cancel the order?
