Can I make a return at The Gong Shop?
They offer a 15 day return policy from your item receipt/delivery date. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot refund or exchange the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Gongs that have been played with super friction, grooves, or friction mallets are not eligible for return.
