How much is shipping?

• For US orders over ¥‌1,400, they offer free shipping. For orders ¥‌1,400 or under, they charge a ¥‌39 ship fee. They ship US standard orders via DHL Expedited Max, so you can expect to receive your Aday within 4-5 business days.

• For US orders, they also offer Express via UPS 2nd Day (2 Business Days; Order by 12:30 pm ET): ¥‌195 and Overnight via UPS Overnight (1 Business Day; Order by 12:30pm ET): ¥‌275. Some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional transit time.

• For international orders over ¥‌1,950, they offer free shipping. For international orders ¥‌1,950 or under, they charge a ¥‌78 ship fee. They ship international orders via DHL Air Express, so you can expect to receive your Aday within 5-11 business days depending on your ship destination.

What are their return policy?

• They accept unworn, unwashed items within 30 days from the day the order is placed. Pieces that have been tailored are not eligible for return. US exchanges and returns for store credit are free, or they can refund your original form of payment less a €‌6.95 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.

• For international returns, they will refund your original form of payment less a 25 USD ($) international return fee which will be deducted from your refund. They do not currently offer exchanges or for international orders. 

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How much does it cost to return an item?

• For US orders, returns for store credit and exchanges are free, or they can refund your original form of payment less a 5 USD ($) returns shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. You can initiate your US return or exchange here.

• For international orders, returns are charged in the currency paid at checkout and is approximately equivalent to 25 USD ($). They do not offer refunds on duties and taxes. You can initiate your international return here. At this time, they do not offer international exchanges.

• They want to help you find the right size in their clothing so if you have a question on fit, please send them an email. Together, they can help minimize their environmental impact by decreasing their return shipments.

Will they refund my shipping charge?

• If you are returning your order for a refund, original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

• For their international customers, they do not offer refunds on duties and taxes. By contacting your local customs office, you may be able to get these refunded, however they are unable to assist nor guarantee this.
