What is the shipping policy?

At TOMS OFFROAD, they try to deliver the order the same day they receive it. Most packages are delivered via fedex ground service. Expedited transportation service is available. Some large items and orders will be transported by truck. For trucking orders, you must check pallets for damage to the goods received and mark any damage on the driver's delivery slip. They made sure that all the truckloads left our warehouse intact. TOMS OFFROAD is not responsible for any shipping damage not noted on the receipt. For international orders, please contact us for delivery time and freight. TOMS OFFROAD will be shipped to most countries.

How to deal with the return of different goods?

• Return without defect,all defective returns must be prepaid by the customer (cash on delivery is not acceptable) and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.  If you do not receive a copy of the original invoice, please call or email them and they will be happy to email or fax you a copy.  

• New, resellable items can be returned for full store credit within 30 days of receipt or with TOMS OFFROAD's prior approval.  For credit card returns, there is a 10% re-entry fee.  Please test fit and check all items before modifying/installing.  

• Modified, painted/coated or installed parts are not eligible for return.  Damaged or partially returned items will receive partial or no credit depending on the conditions under which they were received.

• Defective returns,for defective returns, please call to arrange a return.  They are happy to send return labels for items found to be defective.  They don't accept shipping for any returns.  Defective returned items may be replaced at full price or refunded at TBP's sole discretion upon confirmation of the defect.

•  Returns cannot be made after 30 days without prior approval from TOMS OFFROAD.

Can the labor cost be reimbursed? 

TOMS OFFROAD will not reimburse any labor costs incurred during the installation, replacement or warranty of any item under any circumstances.
