What is instant credit?

Instant credit is just what it sounds like! It is a credit in the amount of your anticipated refund total. The credit is given in the form of a unique code, which you can use to place a new order prior to shipping back your return. If instant credit is not used prior to receiving your return, you will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, International orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving and ship via FedEx International Economy (usually arrives between 5-7 days from the shipped date). There is a $30 base rate for the first item and $5 per additional item. The recipient of international order is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with this order and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

What is their Return Policy?

• They hope that you are happy with your online purchase, but if you would like to return an item for any reason, they gladly accept returns within 35 days of the original online invoice.

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. For your convenience, they offer a $9 prepaid FedEx label. 

• Any unauthorized returns beyond their return policy window of 35 days or that do not meet their return requirements may not be refunded and returned back to you.

• For items purchased in one of their Tori Richard stores, they will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. 
• Garments must be unworn and have the original hang tags attached. A Tori Richard return sticker is also required on the original hang tag. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
• If the original form of payment is no longer valid, a company check will be issued or a store credit can be arranged. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned at the current selling price and store credit will be issued. All sales are final on sale merchandise.
