What is the Wakefit mattress warranty?
Wakefit orthopaedic memory foam mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials (excluding covers and handles, if any), and Wakefit will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your mattress. Only the customer who originally purchased the mattress and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for warranty claims. With memory foam mattresses in particular, normal changes in softness and recovery time occur over time. This does not affect the decompression quality of these mattresses.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, log into their website with your login credentials. On the order page, find the order details and select the "Track order" option. You can contact their customer support to request a future delivery date. You will also receive an automated call to confirm the delivery, where you can enter another delivery date and the team will proceed. You can change your phone number or shipping address before your order ships.
Can I get a refund? How does it work?
If you would like to return any product with a valid return policy within the first 100 days of receipt of a specific product, please follow the detailed process for that product. Free returns within India. You can cancel your order at any time before shipping. If you would like to return your mattress within 100 days of receipt, please contact them to arrange a return pickup. Products must be in donateable status to be eligible for returns. Products shipped outside India are not eligible for return. If at least one specific product type is returned from the initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for an additional 100-night trial on subsequent orders for that specific product.
