Can I change my order?
They do their best to process your order as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact them as soon as possible at [email protected] and they will do their best to make changes before the order ships.
When will I receive my order?
Free UPS Ground Shipping to all states in the continental U.S. on orders over $75. Orders below the minimum threshold will be charged $10 (flat rate) shipping. Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories including Puerto Rico have a surcharge and are not eligible for returns. Once an order is placed, their team takes 1-2 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that they do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders with PO Box addresses will not be processed and delayed. You can log into your account at any time to check the status of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Do they ship internationally?
Items ordered on warpweftworld.com can be shipped to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO boxes (subject to terms below). They do not currently ship goods purchased from warpweftworld.com internationally. Note: All shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO boxes are shipped via their standard ground shipping methods only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and all APO/FPO boxes, please allow more time for shipping to these destinations.
What is their return policy?
Return policy For unwashed and unworn items that still retain their original labels, they accept returns for refunds or exchanges. Items received after 20 days of purchase date will not be refunded, but they may be eligible for store credit at their discretion. For returns or exchanges, please visit: www.warpweftworld.loopreturns.com You will need your order number (WW****) and zip code to request a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid UPS return shipping label that you can print and use to return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email their customer service team.
