How do I pay for customs duties?
Once the package enters the destination country, it will be held by customs for clearance. During this period, import duties and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated by the current authorities.
What is their return policy?
They hope you'll love everything you order from them, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return it - each order you return will cost $25. If multiple orders are returned in one package, this fee also applies to each order. This will be deducted from the refund you will receive. They will give you a full refund within 14 days of your returned item arriving at their warehouse in the same way you used to pay. They ask that items be returned clean, undamaged and with all labels attached. For hygienic reasons, underwear, body and piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, and all swimwear must still have hygienic strips. Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged at any of their stores. Personalized and customized items are non-refundable. Please contact them if your custom item is defective or damaged.
How do I track my package?
Once they start packing your order, they will send you a shipping confirmation email with shipping information and a link to track your order online. Note that it may take several days to upload tracking information. You can also track your order under "Orders" when you are logged into "My Account".
What shipping options are available on Weekday?
Standard Home Delivery - $20. They will ship your purchase via UPS within 4-6 business days of receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing time. Delivery may take 5-11 business days for the Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna and some remote locations. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. Your order is shipped from Tilburg, The Netherlands. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and sales. Weekday is not responsible for any additional time your package incurs during customs hold.
