What is Jewelry.com Return Policy?
They offer a 60-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy for all jewelry in its original condition with proof of purchase. There are specific promotions that are not eligible for returns and will be indicated as such in your confirmation email and on Welry.com product pages. Once your piece is returned, Jewelry.com will provide a full refund. The only fee you are responsible for is the return shipping. Please be sure to include full postage. Due to high volume, packages received without the proper amount of postage applied may be subject to significant processing delays, or may be returned to sender by USPS.
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be posted to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification when this happens. Please allow up to one week for your refund to appear in your credit card transaction, PayPal account, or gift card.
If you did not place your order on Welry.com, please visit the site where you originally placed your order to process a return.
What is Jewelry.com Shipping Policy?
Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 2-4 days of receiving credit card authorization. Processing on your order begins as soon as they receive payment information.
Orders with 2nd Day Shipping that are placed on business days before 12:00 PM EST will ship on the same day, pending credit card authorization and verification. (*Excludes weekends and holidays.)
Orders placed with 2nd Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will ship on the following business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Please note that orders with 2nd Day Shipping will not be delivered on weekends. For example, if an order is placed with 2nd Day Shipping on a Thursday before 12:00 PM EST, it will be delivered the following Monday or next business day.
