How to make a return at Wig.com?

• Visit www.wigs.com/returns online to initiate your return. Orders returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit refund or refund will not be subject to return/replenishment fee. They will gladly accept all eligible products if the products or packaging has not changed, worn, or damaged no later than 30 days after the original shipment date. Return shipping starting at $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount when returning goods with a prepaid label.

• Repackage the received item and ensure that the item has been properly packed. Print the return label you received from the www.wigs.com/returns page. Using this return label, your return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit. When packing, make sure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box.

• Any other address used will put your item at risk of being lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.

Can I make a return at Wig.com?

• Your satisfaction is their goal. For all eligible products, they will gladly accept return. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the product to them. There is no restocking fee, however, there is an optional $10.95 prepaid return shipping label, which they send you and, if used, will be deducted from your refund amount.

• They will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your refund. Keep in mind that your bank may delay processing your credit back to your account (allowing an additional 3 to 9 business days). Each wig is equipped with a wig hygiene protective device for use when wearing the wig. This helps keep the product eligible for return. 

How long does orders process?

• Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order after their system has captured your order, please call 1-800-581-2001 or email their customer service representative at [email protected]. Note: Once your order status is set to "Shipped", they will not be able to make any changes or cancel.

• Once shipped, orders will arrive at the selected time (U.S. Ground, American Airlines, American Express, Air Canada, or International) when checked out on Wigs.com. If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified via email.

• Incorrect billing information and shipping to another address may result in shipping delays and additional charges. Any printing, photography, or specification errors in the product or pricing to be corrected. They will notify you of any corrections or changes and seek your approval before completing your order.

How quickly can I expect credit to reflect on my credit card account?

Your exchange/return may take 4-5 business days to reach them. But once received, they will quickly inspect the item and process any refund automatically applied to your original payment method. While they typically take less than 3-5 days to process this process, your credit card company may take 2-10 business days to deposit points into your account.
