What should I do if my products are damaged?

• If your products are damaged, defective or incorrect (including personalized items), please contact their Customer Service Department at 800.648.6058 for further instructions.

• If you return damaged, defective, or incorrect items (including incorrectly made personalized items), you will be awarded points or redeemed at your request. Shipping and handling will be returned if this is one of the cases with your item (S). Product damage or missing parts/items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of application, otherwise product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.

What's the shipping fee?

Shipping and handling will only be returned if the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item was sent or the personalised product was wrong. If an item that does not fall under these parameters is returned, the shipping cost of the original order and the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the amount returned. Note: Even if the item was shipped free of charge at the time of purchase, actual shipping costs will be incurred if the item is returned rather than defective, damaged, incorrectly sent, or incorrectly personalized product made.

What should I do if my items are lost?

Lost items or damaged products will be charged for lost items or damaged products, any products missing the original box, packing materials, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e. any products not in new condition).

Does Wine Enthusiast provide a warranty?

• Many products sold by wine lovers come with a limited warranty from the manufacturer of the product. While wine lovers try to facilitate any warranty work between their customers and the manufacturer, all warranties are provided by the manufacturer separately. 

• The WINE Enthusiast makes no express warranty of any kind, NOR DOES it MAKE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED fitness for a particular PURPOSE and IMPLIED MERCHantABILITY. The Wine Enthusiast shall not be liable to any person or entity for any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, arising directly or indirectly from the use or performance of any product sold by the Wine Enthusiast. Rights may vary from state to state.

Can I make backorders?

• Wine lovers are committed to ensuring that thousands of products they store in their warehouse are in stock and ready for shipping. Sometimes demand exceeds supply. Backordered items can still be purchased online and shipped as soon as they become available.

• If an item is back ordered, they try to be clear and accurate and they can give you an estimated delivery date for the item on the product page. Items currently on backorder are listed on the product page with an "estimated delivery (date)" close to the item price.Sometimes, their suppliers will unexpectedly delay delivery and your promised delivery date may change. If this happens, they will send you an email indicating which item has been delayed and its new estimated shipping date.
