What is their return policy?
You may return any item purchased from World Bookstore for a full refund within fifteen days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned in their original box in new condition and in their original packaging. State the reason for the return on the copy of the packing slip and include it with the returned item to ensure your credit card is properly charged. If you do not have a copy of the packing slip, please include your order number and reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it with the returned item.
What is their shipping policy?
Unless otherwise stated by the seller, the goods will be delivered within two weeks of your order. Seller is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage in transit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, the goods shall be delivered from the Seller's warehouse to the Buyer. Seller shall arrange for delivery of the Goods to the location required by Buyer using Seller's standard methods of packing and shipping such Goods, and the cost of such shipping shall be paid by Buyer at the time of purchase.
Who pays the return shipping?
If your item is returned due to their error, World Book will arrange and pay for return shipping. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-967-5325 to report product returns due to their error and get special shipping instructions. Shipping charges for all other returns shall be paid by the customer.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Your return will be refunded to your credit card upon receipt of your returned item. Please keep a copy of your original order or order number until your credit card has an appropriate credit limit for tracking purposes. They will notify you via email once they have processed your returned item and refunded your credit card. Please note that all return policies only apply to items purchased and shipped within the United States and Canada.
