Do you ship worldwide?
Worldwide shipping is available. And better yet, when you buy 4 or more laces, international shipping fees is free of charge for select countries. For more information on their shipping, learn more here.
Can I cancel / edit my order?
Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel/Edit My Order” and include your the order confirmation number (starting with a B#####). Unfortunately we are unable to provide guarantees that we can edit/cancel your order prior to the item being sent out, but we'll do our very best to help!
Where do I enter the coupon/promo code?
Once you proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address, the next page of the checkout will have a field where you can enter your promo code. Once the code is entered, the discount will be reflected in the final price.
